About Vellum Law
A Boutique Real Estate Firm
With Big Law Roots
Vellum Law was built to bring the depth and discipline of large-firm practice into a more considered, client-focused setting. We work with a select group of clients on the transactions that require it most.

A Firm Designed With Intention
Our Story
Vellum Law began with a simple observation. Sophisticated real estate clients were being underserved at both ends of the market, either lost inside the machinery of large firms or stuck with general practitioners who lacked the depth their transactions required.
After more than a decade practicing real estate law at large firms across Florida and New York, Angelique Thomas founded Vellum Law to close that gap. The firm she built is small by design, serving a focused client base with the kind of personal attention and transactional depth that complex real estate work demands.
Today, Vellum Law counsels developers, lenders, landlords, tenants, hospitality owners, in-house teams, and private clients on the full range of commercial and residential real estate transactions in Florida, New York, and beyond.

Based in South Florida, Serving Well Beyond
Our Locations
Vellum Law is based in Boca Raton and built around the communities that shaped it. We know South Florida's real estate market because we live and work in it, from the luxury enclaves of Palm Beach to the commercial corridors of Broward County, Miami-Dade County, and the active development zones in between.
That said, our work is rarely confined to a single market. We counsel clients on transactions throughout Florida, across state lines into New York, and nationally for clients whose portfolios stretch wherever opportunity takes them.
