By opting in to Vellum Law's text messaging service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the firm's Privacy Policy.

Types of Messages

Conversational, person-to-person messages only—no mass marketing. Messages may include:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Requests for information or documentation
- Case status communications and other client-related matters

Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Vellum Law does not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply under your carrier's plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. An opt-out applies to the specific conversation and sending number. One final confirmation message may be sent.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving legal services. You may opt out at any time.

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for additional details.

Updates and Effective Date

Vellum Law may update these SMS Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
